Hi! I’m Aditya, the founder of Techs Academy.
My journey in technology has given me the opportunity to work
as a developer, collaborate with technical teams, understand
real-world engineering challenges, and work with people at
different stages of their learning and career journeys.
Over time, I noticed a common gap.
Many students complete courses, collect certificates, build
projects, and add skills to their resumes — yet when they face
a technical discussion, assessment, or interview, they often
struggle to explain what they have learned, solve problems
independently, or understand what they actually need to improve.
At the same time, many job seekers know they need to improve
their skills, resume, or interview preparation, but don't
always know where the actual gap is or what they should focus
on next.
Why I Started Techs Academy
Techs Academy was created to address this gap.
Our goal is not simply to teach another technology or help
someone complete another course.
We want to help learners understand where they are today,
identify their gaps, and build a practical path toward where
they want to go.

Our Approach
I believe good mentorship is not about giving everyone the
same roadmap.
It is about understanding the individual, identifying what
needs improvement, and helping them take the right next step.
Every learner has a different starting point, different
strengths, different challenges, and different goals.
The objective is not to make students dependent on a mentor.
It is to help them gradually develop the ability to think,
learn, solve problems, communicate their knowledge, and make
better career decisions independently.
